Rye flour 100g
Water 2l
Garlic 3 cloves
Marjoram 1 tsp
Sausage 300g
Potato 3
Sour cream 200g
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Prepare sour rye starter 2-3 days in advance with rye flour, water, garlic.
Step2: Boil water, add starter, chopped sausage, diced potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Step3: Season with marjoram, salt, pepper. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
