Beef slices 8 (thinly pounded)
Onion 1
Mushrooms 200g
Butter 50g
Salt
Pepper
Breadcrumbs for coating
Eggs 2 (for coating)
Vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté chopped onions, mushrooms in butter. Season with salt, pepper. Cool.
