INGREDIENTS
Veal cutlets 6
flour 100g
eggs 2
breadcrumbs 200g
lemon wedges
salt
pepper
vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Pound cutlets, season with salt, pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, coat in breadcrumbs.
Step2: Fry in hot oil until golden on each side.
Step3: Serve with lemon wedges and potato salad.
