INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make dough with flour, water, egg, salt. Let rest 30m.
Step2: Prepare filling by sautéing mushrooms and onion in butter.
Step3: Roll out dough, cut circles, add mushroom filling, shape like ears.
Step4: Boil in salted water until they float. Serve in borscht or with butter.
