INGREDIENTS

Rice flour 300g
coconut milk 400ml
turmeric powder 1 tsp
shrimp 200g
pork 200g
bean sprouts 200g
lettuce
mint
fish sauce for dipping

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Make batter with rice flour, coconut milk, turmeric, water. Rest 1hr.

Step2: Cook shrimp, pork. Pour batter into pan, add shrimp, pork, bean sprouts. Fold and cook until crispy.

Step3: Serve with lettuce, herbs, fish sauce.
