INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
Milk 250ml
Yeast 10g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Butter 100g
Cottage cheese 500g
Egg yolk 1 (for glaze)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make dough with flour, milk, yeast, sugar, salt. Let rise 1hr.
Step2: Mix cottage cheese with egg for filling.
Step3: Form dough into buns, make a well in the center, fill with cheese mixture. Let rise 30m.
Step4: Brush with egg yolk, bake at 180°C for 20m. Serve warm.
