Chapati dough (flour 500g
water 250ml
salt)
eggs 6
cabbage 200g
tomato 2
onion 1
green pepper 1
vegetable oil
salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Make chapatis with dough, cook on a hot griddle. Set aside.

Step2: Make omelettes with beaten eggs, chopped cabbage, tomato, onion, green pepper, salt.

Step3: Place omelette on chapati, roll up. Serve hot.
