INGREDIENTS
Rice cakes 500g
fish cakes 200g
onion 1
spring onion 4
gochujang 3 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
sugar 2 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
water 500ml
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil rice cakes for 2m, drain. Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, water.
Step2: Add rice cakes, sliced onion, fish cakes to sauce. Simmer until thickened.
Step3: Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
