Tourtière (Meat Pie)

INGREDIENTS
Ground pork 500g
Ground beef 500g
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Potato 1
Pie crusts 2
Cloves 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Salt
Pepper
Water 100ml
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté onion, garlic, add ground pork and beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Step2: Add diced potato, water, cloves, cinnamon, salt, pepper. Simmer until potato is tender.
Step3: Fill pie crust with meat mixture, cover with second crust. Bake at 180°C for 45m.
