Pork shoulder 1kg
Guajillo chiles 5
Achiote paste 50g
Garlic 3 cloves
Pineapple juice 250ml
White vinegar 50ml
Salt
Corn tortillas
Pineapple slices
Onion
Cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Blend guajillo chiles, achiote, garlic, pineapple juice, vinegar, salt. Marinate pork for 3hr.

Step2: Grill pork until cooked, slice thinly.

Step3: Serve on corn tortillas with pineapple, chopped onion, cilantro.
