INGREDIENTS
Ground beef 500g
ground pork 500g
onion 1
breadcrumbs 100g
milk 100ml
egg 2
allspice 1 tsp
salt
pepper
butter
lingonberry jam
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak breadcrumbs in milk. Sauté finely chopped onion. Mix meats, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, spices. Form meatballs.
Step2: Fry meatballs in butter. Remove, make gravy in the same pan with flour, beef stock.
Step3: Return meatballs to gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam.
