INGREDIENTS
Mixed meats (beef, ham, sausage) 500g
Onion 1
Carrots 1
Pickles 3
Tomato paste 100g
Olives 100g
Capers 1 tbsp
Lemon slices
Water 2l
Sour cream (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Brown mixed meats in a pot. Add chopped onion and grated carrot.
Step2: Add water, bring to boil. Simmer 1hr.
Step3: Add chopped pickles, tomato paste, olives, capers, and lemon slices. Cook additional 30m.
Step4: Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
