INGREDIENTS
Fresh salmon fillets 1kg
salt 200g
sugar 100g
dill 100g
wood chips for smoking
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cure salmon with a mixture of salt, sugar, and dill for 24hr. Rinse and dry.
Step2: Smoke over wood chips at a low temperature for several hours.
Step3: Slice thinly. Serve with mustard sauce and rye bread.
