INGREDIENTS

Skyr (Icelandic yogurt) 500g
sugar 100g
gelatin 10g
water
digestive biscuits 200g
butter 100g
berries for topping
whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Crush biscuits, mix with melted butter. Press into a cake tin.

Step2: Dissolve gelatin in water. Mix skyr with sugar, gelatin. Pour over base.

Step3: Chill 4hr. Top with berries, whipped cream.
