INGREDIENTS
Ground lamb 500g
potatoes 1kg
onion 1
carrots 2
peas 100g
beef or lamb stock 500ml
tomato paste 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
butter 100g
milk 100ml
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Brown lamb with onions, carrots. Add peas, stock, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 30m.
Step2: Boil potatoes, mash with butter, milk, salt, pepper. Layer over meat.
Step3: Bake at 200°C for 20-30m until golden.
