INGREDIENTS
Pork fatback 500g
Garlic 4 cloves
Salt
Black pepper
Bay leaves
Paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cut salo into thick slices. Rub with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, paprika.
Step2: Layer in a container with bay leaves. Refrigerate 2-3 days.
Step3: Slice thinly. Serve with rye bread, mustard, or horseradish.
