INGREDIENTS
Shortcrust pastry 250g
bacon 150g
eggs 3
heavy cream 200ml
grated cheese 100g
nutmeg
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Line a tart pan with pastry. Cook bacon until crisp.
Step2: Beat eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt, pepper. Add bacon, cheese. Pour into crust.
Step3: Bake at 180°C for 30m. Serve warm or cold.
