INGREDIENTS
White fish 500g
potatoes 500g
onion 1
milk 300ml
flour 2 tbsp
butter 50g
black pepper
salt
rye bread
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil fish, potatoes separately until cooked. Sauté onion in butter, add flour, gradually pour in milk to make a roux.
Step2: Flake fish, mix with potatoes, roux. Mash lightly. Season with salt, pepper.
Step3: Serve with rye bread.
