Picanha (sirloin cap) 1kg
salt
black pepper
lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Season picanha with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let marinate 30m.
Step2: Grill over high heat, fat side down first, then each side for 10m.
Step3: Slice against the grain. Serve with farofa and vinaigrette.
