INGREDIENTS
Whole duck 1
honey 4 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
five-spice powder 1 tsp
ginger 1 tsp
spring onions
cucumber
hoisin sauce
pancakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Marinate duck with honey, soy sauce, five-spice, ginger. Hang to dry 4hr.
Step2: Roast at 200°C for 1hr. Rest, then slice skin and meat.
Step3: Serve with pancakes, sliced spring onions, cucumber, hoisin sauce.
