INGREDIENTS

Dried split peas 500g
Ham bone or hock
Onion 1
Carrot 2
Celery 2 stalks
Bay leaf
Flour 200g
Baking powder 10g
Salt
Butter 50g
Milk 100ml

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Soak peas overnight. Cook with ham bone, vegetables, bay leaf in water 2hr.

Step2: Remove bone, blend soup. Season with salt, pepper.

Step3: Mix flour, baking powder, salt, butter, milk to make dumpling dough. Drop spoonfuls into soup, cook covered 15m.
