INGREDIENTS
Heavy cream 500ml
sugar 100g
gelatin 2 tsp
vanilla extract 1 tsp
berries for topping
mint leaves for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Heat cream, sugar, vanilla, do not boil. Add gelatin.
Step2: Pour into molds, chill 4hr or until set.
Step3: Unmold, top with berries, garnish with mint.
