INGREDIENTS
All-purpose flour 500g
Water 250ml
Yeast 10g
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic 5 cloves
Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water to form dough. Let rise 1hr.
Step2: Form small balls, let rise 30m. Fry in hot oil until golden.
Step3: Rub hot pampushky with garlic. Serve warm.
