Palak Paneer
A popular vegetarian dish with paneer cubes in a smooth spinach gravy.

INGREDIENTS
Paneer 500g
spinach 500g
onion 1
tomato 1
garlic 3 cloves
ginger 2 inch
green chili 2
cream 100ml
cumin seeds 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
vegetable oil
salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Blanch spinach, blend into a puree. Fry paneer, set aside.
Step2: Sauté cumin, onion, garlic, ginger, chili. Add tomato, spices. Cook 10m. Add spinach puree, simmer 10m.
Step3: Add paneer, cream. Serve with rice or naan.
