Kefir 1l
Cucumber 2 medium
Radish 5 medium
Boiled potatoes 2 medium
Boiled eggs 4
Ham 200g
Dill
Green onion
Salt
Mustard 1 tbsp
Sour cream 100g

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Chop cucumbers, radishes, potatoes, ham, and herbs. Mix in a large bowl.

Step2: Whisk kefir, mustard, salt. Pour over chopped ingredients.

Step3: Add chopped boiled eggs. Chill for 1hr.

Step4: Serve cold with a dollop of sour cream.
