Yam 1kg
melon seeds (egusi) 200g
spinach 200g
palm oil 100ml
stock fish 200g
crayfish 50g
onions 2
chili 2
tomato 1
garlic 2 cloves
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil yam until soft, pound until smooth and stretchy. Set aside.
Step2: Blend egusi, onions, tomato, garlic. Cook in palm oil, add stock fish, crayfish, chili. Add spinach, cook 10m.
