INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
Yeast 10g
Milk 250ml
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Butter 100g
Filling (cabbage, egg, rice, meat, etc.)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make yeast dough with flour, milk, sugar, salt. Let rise 1hr.
Step2: Prepare filling (sautéed cabbage, boiled egg, cooked rice, or browned meat).
Step3: Roll out dough, layer with filling, cover with another dough layer. Brush with beaten egg.
Step4: Bake at 180°C for 40m. Serve warm or cold.
