INGREDIENTS
Chicken 1kg
peri peri sauce (chili 4, garlic 4 cloves, paprika 1 tsp, lemon juice 3 tbsp, oil 50ml)
salt
lemon wedges for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Blend ingredients for peri peri sauce. Marinate chicken in sauce for 2hr.
Step2: Grill chicken, basting with remaining marinade, until cooked through.
Step3: Serve with lemon wedges.
