potatoes 2
ground beef 500g
onion 1
garlic 2 cloves
tomato puree 400ml
red wine 100ml
cinnamon 1 tsp
allspice 1 tsp
béchamel sauce (butter 50g, flour 50g, milk 500ml, nutmeg)
olive oil
salt
pepper
grated parmesan 100g

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Fry sliced eggplants, potatoes. Set aside. Cook beef, onion, garlic, tomato puree, wine, spices.

Step2: Layer eggplants, potatoes, meat in a dish. Make béchamel sauce, pour over top.

Step3: Sprinkle with parmesan, bake at 180°C for 45m.
