INGREDIENTS
Carrot 1
celery stalk 1
onion 1
garlic 2 cloves
tomatoes 3
cannellini beans 400g
green beans 100g
zucchini 1
pasta 100g
vegetable stock 1.5l
olive oil
salt
pepper
Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté chopped vegetables in oil. Add tomatoes, cook until soft.
Step2: Add stock, beans. Bring to boil, add pasta, zucchini. Cook until pasta is done.
Step3: Serve with grated Parmesan.
