Beef or chicken cutlets 6
eggs 2
breadcrumbs
parsley
garlic
lemon
salt
pepper
vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Pound cutlets thin. Season with salt, pepper.
Step2: Beat eggs with parsley, garlic, lemon zest. Dip cutlets in egg, then breadcrumbs.
Step3: Fry in hot oil until golden on each side, about 3m per side.
