Rice 500g
Tomato 3
Garlic 2 cloves
Onion 1
Chicken broth 1l
Peas 100g
Carrots 100g
Salt
Vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Blend tomatoes, garlic, onion. Sauté rice in oil until golden.
Step2: Add tomato mixture, chicken broth, salt. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer 20m.
Step3: Add peas, diced carrots. Cook until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
