INGREDIENTS
Pork 500g
Flour 3 tbsp
Sour cream 200g
Onion 1
Vegetable oil
Water 500ml
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Fry pork until browned. Remove from pan.
Step2: In the same pan, add flour, stir until browned. Add water, bring to boil.
Step3: Return pork to pan, add sour cream, chopped onion, salt, pepper. Simmer 30m.
