Lamb meat 500g
potatoes 300g
carrots 200g
onion 1
leeks 2
rutabaga 1
barley 100g
water 2l
salt
pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Boil lamb in water with salt. Skim foam. Add chopped vegetables, barley. Simmer 1hr.

Step2: Season with salt, pepper. Serve hot with bread.
