INGREDIENTS
Rye bread 500g
Sugar 200g
Yeast 10g
Raisins 50g
Water 3l
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Toast rye bread, place in a large container. Boil water, pour over bread. Let cool.
Step2: Add sugar, yeast. Cover, let ferment 1-2 days.
Step3: Strain, add raisins. Refrigerate 12hr.
Step4: Serve chilled as a refreshing drink.
