INGREDIENTS
Pearl barley 200g
Pork 300g
Potatoes 3 medium
Onion 1
Carrots 1
Salt
Pepper
Water 2l
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak pearl barley in water overnight. Drain.
Step2: Boil pork in water to create a broth, about 1hr. Remove meat, chop.
Step3: Add barley, diced potatoes, chopped onion, grated carrot to broth. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Step4: Add chopped pork back, season with salt, pepper. Serve hot.
