Kruchenyky (Stuffed Beef Rolls)

INGREDIENTS
Beef slices 8 (thinly sliced)
Onion 1
Carrots 2
Bacon 100g
Mustard 2 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté chopped onions, grated carrots. Cool.
Step2: Spread mustard on beef slices, add bacon, onion, carrot mixture. Roll up, secure with toothpicks.
Step3: Fry rolls in oil until browned all over. Add water, simmer until tender, about 30m.
Step4: Serve with mashed potatoes or buckwheat.
