INGREDIENTS
Ground pork 1kg
Ground beef 500g
Garlic 5 cloves
Salt 2 tbsp
Pepper 1 tbsp
Natural sausage casings
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix ground pork, beef, minced garlic, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
Step2: Stuff the mixture into natural casings, twist to form sausages.
Step3: Boil in water for 30m or smoke in a smoker for 2-3hr.
Step4: Can be served hot or cold, often with mustard or horseradish.
