INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook, mash potatoes. Let cool.
Step2: Mix mashed potatoes with flour, egg, salt to form a dough.
Step3: Roll dough into logs, cut into pieces. Boil in salted water until they float.
Step4: Serve with butter, fried onions, or as a side dish.
