INGREDIENTS

Ground beef 500g
onion 1
breadcrumbs 100g
milk 100ml
allspice 1 tsp
salt
pepper
butter
beef stock 500ml

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Mix beef with finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs soaked in milk, spices. Form into balls.

Step2: Brown meatballs in butter. Remove, make gravy in the same pan with stock.

Step3: Return meatballs to gravy, simmer 20m.
