INGREDIENTS

Napa cabbage 1
salt 100g
water 1l
radish 1
spring onion 4
garlic 10 cloves
ginger 2 inch
fish sauce 100ml
sugar 2 tbsp
Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) 200g

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Cut cabbage, soak in salt water for 2hr. Rinse, drain.

Step2: Mix radish, spring onion, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, sugar, chili flakes. Combine with cabbage.

Step3: Pack into jars, leave at room temperature for 1-2 days, then refrigerate.
