INGREDIENTS
Horse meat 1kg
horse fat 300g
garlic 5 cloves
salt
pepper
intestine for casing
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cut meat into long strips, mix with chopped fat, garlic, salt, pepper.
Step2: Stuff mixture into cleaned intestine casing. Boil, then smoke or dry.
Step3: Slice and serve cold or hot.
