water
Emmentaler or Gruyere cheese 200g
onions 2
butter 50g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make a dough with flour, eggs, salt, water. Press through a spätzle maker into boiling water.
Step2: Sauté sliced onions in butter until caramelized. Layer spätzle with cheese in a dish, bake until cheese melts.
Step3: Top with caramelized onions.
