Pork 500g
Sauerkraut 500g
Potatoes 3
Onions 1
Carrots 1
Barley 100g
Water 2.5l
Bay leaves
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook pork in water with bay leaves to make broth. Remove meat, chop.
Step2: Add barley, chopped potatoes, sautéed onion, grated carrot to broth. Cook until barley and potatoes are tender.
Step3: Add sauerkraut, chopped pork. Simmer additional 30m. Season with salt, pepper.
