Kapusniak (Sauerkraut Soup)

INGREDIENTS
Sauerkraut 500g
Pork ribs 500g
Potato 3 medium
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Bay leaves
Salt
Pepper
Water 2l
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil pork ribs in water with bay leaves, salt for 1hr. Remove meat, keep broth.
Step2: Sauté chopped onion, grated carrot. Add to broth with sauerkraut, diced potatoes, tomato paste. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Step3: Add shredded pork ribs back to the soup. Season with salt, pepper. Serve hot.
