Lamb meat 500g
potatoes 300g
carrots 200g
onion 1
leeks 2
rutabaga 1
barley 100g
water 2l
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook lamb in water with salt. Add chopped vegetables, barley. Simmer until tender.
Step2: Season with salt, pepper. Serve hot with crusty bread.
