INGREDIENTS
Cabbage leaves 12
Millet 200g
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Tomato paste 100ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Water 2l
Sour cream (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil cabbage leaves until soft. Cook millet as per instructions.
Step2: Sauté chopped onion, grated carrot. Mix with cooked millet.
Step3: Wrap millet mixture in cabbage leaves. Place in a pot.
Step4: Cover with water, tomato paste. Cook 1hr. Serve with sour cream.
