Smoked lamb 1kg
cabbage 500g
potatoes 500g
carrots 200g
peas 200g
white sauce (butter 50g, flour 50g, milk 500ml)
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil lamb until tender. Cook vegetables separately.
Step2: Make white sauce with butter, flour, milk. Season with salt, pepper.
Step3: Slice lamb, serve with vegetables and white sauce.
