INGREDIENTS
Salmon fillet 1kg
salt 100g
sugar 50g
white pepper 1 tsp
dill 100g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix salt, sugar, pepper. Cover salmon with the mix, top with dill. Wrap tightly.
Step2: Cure in the refrigerator for 48hr, turning occasionally.
Step3: Slice thinly. Serve with mustard sauce and rye bread.
