INGREDIENTS
Salmon fillet 1kg
salt 100g
sugar 50g
dill 100g
white pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix salt, sugar, chopped dill, pepper. Rub onto salmon. Cover, refrigerate 48hr, turning occasionally.
Step2: Rinse, dry, slice thinly.
Step3: Serve with mustard sauce, rye bread, or boiled potatoes.
